01 / Challenge
Marshall Homebuilders began as a self-directed brief: create a fictional builder whose identity felt considered before a single home was shown. The aim was to demonstrate how a logo, visual guide, and website can work as one system instead of three disconnected deliverables.

02 / Insight
The work starts by deciding what the visitor needs to understand first. For Marshall Homebuilders, that meant translating the brief into a system people could scan, trust, and act on.

03 / System
We developed the brand direction, selected and art-directed an architectural image library, then designed and built a responsive website with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Strong typography, structured project pages, and restrained calls to action give the fictional company a credible, established presence.

04 / Execution
We developed the brand direction, selected and art-directed an architectural image library, then designed and built a responsive website with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Strong typography, structured project pages, and restrained calls to action give the fictional company a credible, established presence.

Process reconstruction
Project page wire
A reconstructed layout of a home page in the system: image, specification, restrained contact.
05 / Outcome
The result is a complete concept that demonstrates brand-first web design: every page inherits the same visual logic, and the company feels recognizable before a visitor reads the details.
