01 / Challenge
In 2022 we worked with Rod, founder of Medero Management, a local property firm with a strong reputation and no website. The brief was a full digital footprint: identity, a site that could show properties, and a CMS the team could actually use.

The first screen that had to carry the business case.
02 / Insight
The work starts by deciding what the visitor needs to understand first. For Medero Management, that meant translating the brief into a system people could scan, trust, and act on.

Listing-first reading
The homepage had to prove Medero existed, then get a visitor onto a property instead of a generic about page.

03 / System
We defined the brand and logo, then built a custom WordPress site for listings, home information, and services. Graphic assets — including a city map — sit alongside redesigned forms so the identity holds through every click, not just the homepage.

Listings CMS
Brand, property records, and inquiry forms were wired so staff could publish homes without opening the codebase.

04 / Execution
We defined the brand and logo, then built a custom WordPress site for listings, home information, and services. Graphic assets — including a city map — sit alongside redesigned forms so the identity holds through every click, not just the homepage.

Property page wire
A reconstructed layout of the listing template: photo, facts, and a form that stays in reach.
05 / Outcome
Medero went from no online presence to a cohesive site that presents the company as clearly as it operates in person: listings, services, and brand in one place.
